WORKSHOP: Business Model You ® - Make me better - sharpen your personal business model through collaborative design


The interactive Business Model You® workshop teaches you to think and feel in personal business model terms—then shows you how to use the methodology within your own professional practice.

It is a small group (max 12), for intense feedback and personal learning

This workshop is designed for people who think about the following:

- Become your own boss!

- Seek more independence and have a promising business idea to explore

Your business model will be challenged by others and you will benefit from their feedback, ideas and suggestions and you will learn:

  • draw your personal business model on 1-page

  • focus your model on the customer benefit and value

  • include collaborators to help you make it successful

  • sharpen the model focussing on your best skills

  • uncover customer niches with narrow, but high value propositions,

  • Learn from each other - collaboratively helping each other to improve

Who will benefits from the workshop?

  • The entrepreneur or startup with a running business, that wants to add focus and customer value to the model, and relies on others to infuse creative energy to evolve and grow faster.

  • The creative person with a business idea that needs help to structure and focus. Get it out and on paper, so that others can help to sharpen the idea and test the value proposition

  • The collaborative innovator, that has many creative idea and sees creative solutions in other business model and likes to connect the dots.

Design thinking around customer value proposition
