Business Model Innovation Workshop - Beta II
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
About this workshop
The focus of Day-1 is on business model design (generating business models) and the focus of Day-2 is on business model innovation (improving business models). The workshop is structured this way because business model innovation requires knowledge of business model design. Day-2 of the workshop builds on the skills learned during Day-1.
NOTE: This workshop is new and is being tested as a beta. For this reason, the workshop is being offered at a low cost. Beta testing will proceed over two phases for the rest of 2013. Starting in 2014 the cost of this workshop will increase, so take advantage of the opportunity and attend one of the betas!
