Event description

Description

The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a working plan that is framed and reframed as a start-up focuses on its Value Proposition for a product and/or service. The BMC keeps entrepreneurs focused and answers the following questions: “What do we do? How will this make money? Our timeline? What is the problem we are solving for our customers and markets? How do we know? What are we offering? What is the pricing? The BMC is the roadmap that conveys a strong and compelling value, business model, and market analysis that will, eventually, be invested in.
