The flagship one-year program from ADP Capital that supports your business expansion to the Southeast Asia markets.

In essence, the provided services ensure the localization of incoming businesses in Malaysia and Southeast Asia markets and successful integration in local economy.

Through this program, your company receives:

Over the course of 1 year, our carefully selected team of industry-leading experts who understand the Asian market will provide:

  • Personalized experience. Meetings are scheduled with the right funds and investors according to the customer’s business field and area of interest.

  • Local legal entity. Setting up a local company with local bank account helps to increase the chance of investments.

  • Detailed preparation. Precise coaching and business mentoring allows to guarantee the most successful presentation of the project to local audiences.

  • Education and training on the aspects of local business culture will help you position your business right and make your company more attractive for local investors.

  • Longer presence at the local market helps ensure more dynamic business development and build closer relationships with local funds, investors and partners.

  • Having long term relationship with ADP Capital will allow them organize more meaningful meetings and partnerships for your business - including all details - well in advance.

  • Networking. Entering this 1 year acceleration program you will maximize your opportunities for networking and participation in important local business events and conferences.

  • Exit strategy. ADP Capital can support your company’s exit with a range of different exit strategies includes taking the company public through an initial public offering (IPO) or helping you with M&A.

Cost of participation:

The cost of participation for a one-year Business Growth Program per company is $30,000 USD + negotiable success fee.

This price includes:

  • 1-year incubation & acceleration program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • Setting up of local legal entity and opening of bank account

  • Support of company localization  by ADP Capital expert committee

  • The provision of a workspace for participants in the ADP Capital office for the duration of the program (several short term visits during the year)

  • Meetings with local investors

  • Access to local events and conferences (priority is given to blockchain tech focused events)

  • Marketing support for the company during the entire term of participation in the program

  • Coaching on exit strategy for your business.

  • As part of the program, a company can be invited to participate in meetings with local investment funds and use the services of local advisors.

  • ADP Capital also provides pitch training services and presentation preparation assistance.

The cost does not include payments for flights and hotels, and the issuance of visas – the project has to cover those costs on their own.

Dates and Terms:

The dates of the start and end of the program will be discussed with ADP Capital team on a conference call prior to the program booking.

Visas:

Participants are advised to obtain a tourist visa for this trip. The visa is issued upon arrival in Malaysia. One-year business visas will be processed upon registration of the local legal entity.

Flights and Hotels:

Should be Booked and paid by participants themselves. ADP Capital can provide a list of recommended hotels or residences in Kuala Lumpur.

Language and translation:

The official language for our programs is English. All materials (presentation, marketing materials) are translated by companies into English.

ADP Capital can provide an interpreter for an additional fee on demand.

Media and PR Support

If required, ADP Capital can provide the following marketing support for participating companies:

  • Highlighting the project on ADP Capital website

  • Photo and video materials from business/ pitch events & conferences

The project can be provided with additional marketing support, such as publications in local media and PR support for additional fees.

Expected Results:

As a result of participation in ADP Capital programs, companies are expected to:

  • Fully localize their project for the Asia-Pacific region

  • Form strategic partnerships in the region

  • Increase their regional presence

  • Gain traction in the Asia-Pacific market

  • Dramatically increase the chances of receiving investments

  • If interested, conduct an IPO or M&A on local market.
