When does registration open? When will it close?

Registration will open on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 12:00 a.m. and will close on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.

How do I register for the conference?

You will register here on this site, there will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE.  At the top of the page you can select how many tickets to the conference you would like to purchase. If help or assistance is needed please contact Andrea Curtin at (801)538-7865 or Sarah Grisenti at (801)538-7854, they will be available to help Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MST. You can also email at CTEsummerconference@schools.utah.gov.

 

How do I register for multiple attendees?

If you are registering multiple people you will need the name and email address of each attendee to complete the process. You will also have to fill out an order form online for each person. You will need to be able to answer the questions asked on the order form.

What are the fees and rates of registration?

  • Two day conferences are $45 (plus processing fee) for registrations received on or before Friday, May 3, 2019 or $55 (plus processing fee) for registrations received after May 3, 2018.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION!  

What is the fee added to the registration price?

The fee goes to cover the costs of processing the conference registrations and payments. 

What are the payment options for conference registration? 

All payments must be done electronically. Credit card, electronic check, or a District/Charter/Institution purchase order are acceptable forms of payment. If you select an offline payment option you must have a purchase order number from your District/Charter/Institution. When registering, for this payment method please select "Pay by Invoice", the registration will be submitted once you press "Send Invoice."

 

 What is the schedule for the conference?

 

Registered attendees will be sent a link to an online schedule at Sched.com on Monday, May 6, 2019. Each attendee will create an account, then customize their schedule/sessions. If help or assistance is needed please contact Andrea Curtin at (801)538-7865 or Sarah Grisenti at (801)538-7854, they will be available to help Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MST. You can also email at CTEsummerconference@schools.utah.gov.

 

 What can/can't I bring to the event?

 

Please bring some proof of registration (email confirmation or Eventbrite ticket), and any materials you will need to fully benefit from the conference (e.g. mobile device, pen, pencil, notebook). Please do not bring any guests not registered for the conference. 

  

What credit will be available at the conference?

 

Those who attend the full duration of the conference Relicensure Points will be given. In order to receive USBE Credit you must complete the additional assignment given at the conference.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

 

Yes, it is always smart to bring some proof of registration just in case there are any problems. 

  

What is the refund policy?

 

Refunds will be made to those registrants who cancel by May 31, 2019. Send written notice of cancellation to ctesummerconference@schools.utah.gov. No refunds for cancellations will be made after May 31, 2019.

  

Can a substitute attendee be applied to a registration?

 

Yes, substitutions are accepted with written notice received by May 31, 2019. Send written notice of the substitution to ctesummerconference@schools.utah.gov.
