Quad County Urban League in partnership with the SBA’s Community Navigators Pilot Program , SCORE, and other resource partners will be facilitating the Business Building Blocks Series, a step by step small business building program with subject matter experts. There will be 5 modules in total, each module will be 6 weeks in length. We will meet virtually Wednesday evenings from 6p-8p CST. The modules will consist of the following topics:

Module 1: Creating a Business Plan step by step

Module 2: Creating a Marketing Plan step by step

Module 3: Getting certified for government contracts (Minority, Women, Veterans,Disabled)

Module 4: Increasing your Sales & learning how to sell yourself

Module 5: Learning the in's and out's of Marketing and Networking
