Business Backstage at the Philadelphia History Museum
Event Information
Description
Tito Castro has been thrilling audiences for decades with his interpretations of traditional Argentinian tango music. In addition to touring internationally, Castro has performed at Carnegie Hall and NYC's famous Blue Note jazz club. Join us on February 3 to see Castro perform live as the Tito Castro Duo.
Our host for the evening, the Philadelphia History Museum, invites attendees to be among the first to experience PHM's inaugural exhibition: City Stories. This overview provides visitors with highlights of the city's 330 year history from its founding by William Penn to the election of Mayor Michael Nutter.
You will enjoy the newly renovated first floor galleries of the PHM while sipping a selection of South American wines provided by Tria. Tria's Wine Director, Michael McCaulley, will give a tour of the dueling Argentine & Chilean wine bars and the restaurant’s expert crew will be on-site to provide direction.
While at PHM, discover the unique volunteer opportunities ABC offers for your professional growth and that of our city’s arts and cultural community. Through your attendence at this event you are helping to sustain the programming and mission of the Arts & Business Council.
