Business Agility with Emotional Intelligence:

Business Agility allow organisations to respond rapidly to changes without losing momentum and with improved productivity, efficiency and quality.

During this one day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to employ agile tools in day-to-day business activities. We will focus on agile 101 fundamentals along with some advanced agile principles. Leveraging the underlying principles of lean thinking along with an agile approach for companies large and small can increase productivity and lead the way to loyal satisfied customers. Whether at the individual or team level, attendees will be able to explain and implement the practices necessary to achieve business and technical alignment with a consistent, sustainable delivery of value. You will gain an understanding of the Agile mindset and why it’s so important in today’s marketplace.

Also addressed will be the topic of Emotional Intelligence and it’s holistic impact on individuals and corporations. The discussions and exercises will focus on the 4 dimensions of Emotional Intelligence, which will assist participants even further with the application of the lean-agile principles learned during the course.
