ABOUT BUSINESS AGILITY 2019

The largest conference for authentic stories and great storytellers on business agility; anything from agile outside IT, organisational design and product innovation to next-gen leadership.

Business Agility 2019 is an intense 2-day conference focusing on agile outside IT, including its applications in organisational design, product innovation, and next-gen leadership. We are bringing together some of the greatest speakers and practitioners of business agility to share their experiences and the benefits their organisations have gained from exploring new and agile practices. We will host insightful and authentic talks and workshops in one of the premier hotels in New York City. This is the first time anyone has run a conference of this kind and the demand is clear.

We’re looking for great stories in business agility; anything from organisational design, market disruption and product innovation, agile outside IT and next-gen leadership. We have a preference for unusual or unique stories outside IT. However, they must be authentic. No ideas, models or frameworks that have only been tried once.

The format for the conference continues to be unique. There are no tracks – just a single (large) room for everyone. Each day is broken into three (2.5 hour) sessions; the Executive Panel (for senior leaders to tell their stories about organisation transformation), Thought-Leader Panel (for academics and thought-leaders to share the latest stories from the industry) and the Practitioner Panel (for practitioners to share their stories from the trenches). Each session will consist of 3, 20-minute, “art of the possible” stories, a short Q/A with all the speakers and a “deep dive” into the domain.


FAQs

What's the refund policy?

We will refund 100% for any person cancelling and requesting a refund up to the 13th of February (30 days before the start of the conference when we have to finalise numbers for catering and printing). We will refund 50% of the ticket fee if cancelled before the 6th of March (1 week before the event). There is no refund after this.

You can transfer a registration at any time for no fee.
