Join us as we march in Washington on Saturday, January 21st, 2017. We will be providing transportation to and from Washington DC to attend the March. The bus will leave from Raleigh, NC promptly at 4:30am (ready for boarding at 4:00am) and will return by approximately 11:30pm on same day.
The charter bus will be provided by EcoStyle. One bathroom on board, multiple televisions spread throughout the bus, and charging ports (both USB and electrical outlets) at every seat. We hope to connect you and support one another on our journey to Washington. The departure place is TBA, in the Raleigh area.
Please read the following terms and conditions below. All tickets are non-refundable. Please note that departure times and return times may change. We will notify you right away of any changes.
All attendees will be considered volunteers and working for the common welfare of the group. By buying a ticket you acknowledge your role as a volunteer and recognize that you are responsible for your own safety. You acknowledge that the event coordinators are not liable for your safety and you will sign a release of liability prior to boarding the bus.
We will participate in a buddy system so that no one gets “lost” and that everyone is looking after one another.
All adult riders will sign a liability waiver which will be provided. Children over the age of 16 are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
There is no smoking on or near the bus. Please avoid wearing perfume or scents of any kind (even all natural) to protect the air quality of your fellow riders who may be sensitive to scents. Please know that scents (even natural ones) can trigger asthma, migraines and problems for your fellow riders and negatively impact their experience.
The estimated travel time will be about 6.5 hours to DC. Bring warm clothes, good warm walking shoes, and food/water. Dress in warm layers that you can peel off if the bus is warm. Wool or a quick dry layer will keep you more comfortable. Protect your neck, ears, and head. Maybe bring extra socks. This event will be rain, snow or shine. Be prepared.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of the trip above, in the FAQs and on the purchase page. The organizers are simply facilitators. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. (We have to say that for our protection!)

How is this affiliated with the Womens March on Washington? - We are a group of people who have come together to help make sure there is transportation to the March. If the March is cancelled or postponed for any reason, we cannot make a promise that we can refund the ticket price because of the contract with the bus company. We will work to reschedule or otherwise resolve any problems.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions? - You can reach Rosanna Garcia at firstname.lastname@example.org
What's the refund policy? - The tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket up to 3 days prior to depature.
