Join ConBody, this Saturday December 10, for a Prison Style Bootcamp at the Lowline Lab to shed those Thanksgiving Pounds! There is a suggested donation of $10 but *anything is appreciated (yes, $1 is okay). RSVP is highly suggested. All proceeds go towards helping make the Lowline park a reality and supporting ConBody and it's mission.

It may sound scary, but that's exactly what it isn't. ConBody operates one of the friendliest, supportive fitness environments. One designed to prove you have everything inside of you that you need for your healthiest life possible.
About the Bootcamp:
So what sets ConBody's bootcamp apart from other fitness options in New York City? First of all, they'll guide you through a variety of resistance exercises using only your body weight. There’s absolutely no other equipment required. ConBody builds personal discipline through a unique blend of cardiovascular training and bodyweight exercises that take advantage of the resistance properties of everyday objects. They apply military techniques to space constraints intimately familiar to city-dwellers and individuals who reside in small, constrained spaces.
About the Founder:
The story behind the workout is almost as good as the workout itself: Coss Marte developed a unique and effective exercise program without the need for any equipment while doing his time, and now he helps you to do yours. While serving a sentence in his 9’x6′ prison cell, Coss lost 70+ lbs. in just six months. From that experience, Coss refined a unique fitness program combining fun cardiovascular, aerobic, and running exercises and now he has brought this exercise program back to New York City.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All ages are welcomed and encouraged, but youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to participate. Waivers will be present!
What should I bring to the event?
Comfortable clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle!
Any preparation needed?
Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your bootcamp. Be sure to eat a (very) little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 45 minutes before you come in.
ConBody is a full-body workout and like any fitness routine, you may want to chat with your doctor before your first class. The instructor will inspire you to push yourself, but please listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
