Description

Start your weekend off with a high intensity interval training (HIIT) body weight workout at Queen Anne Beerhall followed by a refreshing house beer or IPA.

Please arrive at 8:45AM. The workout will start promptly at 9AM. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to sweat it out and that working out does not have to be confined to a gym or membership. The ticket price includes the workout, optional beer, and 25% of proceeds will go to our charity of the quarter. Currently, our fundraising efforts are going to Global Giving for disaster relief recovery related to the recent hurricanes. In addition, Queen Anne Beerhall opens for brunch at 10 am so you can stay to mingle and enjoy some dang good food after the workout.

We embrace all fitness levels, ages, and beer enthusiasts. This class focuses on body weight, functional movements that get your heart rate up while toning lean muscle. We believe in strong not skinny, in creating a healthy community, and in giving back. Modifications and next level challenges will always be offered!
