We're going to shed the snobbery and take it down a notch by sampling fancy French Cabernet and Merlot blends with a selection of fun beef, lamb, turkey sliders, and more. Taste what Bordeaux grapes have made of themselves internationally with great examples of Camenere, Malbec, even Petit Verdot. Trust me: this is not your father's Bordeaux!
