Do your ever wish your hip flexors would just loosen up? Are you tired of hearing your coach tell you "deeper" every time you squat? Do you worry about hurting your back, hips, or knees while lifting? This event is for you.
On September 28, Dr. Cara Hays will teach you why your hips are the powerhouse and why they may not currently feel that way. She will guide you through various techniques to get you back to a neutral hip position, release tension within your low back, hip flexors, and glutes (and even more - how to stay that way!!!), and load them optimally for the squat and deadlift.
