Description

Building Sustainable Fathers BSF provides fathers with a 10-week exploration of manhood as a pre-requisite of effective fatherhood. Utilizing the transformative curriculum of CBTC (Culture Based Transformative Coaching) participants are able to define and/or redefine manhood, culture, relationships, work, and acquire the tools needed to manage these critical areas associated with effectively fathering for the long haul.

PARTNERSHIPS:

EBASE and WOJRC work in collaboration to transform the lives of low-income, under-served residents of Oakland, particularly West Oakland, through family-sustaining careers in the construction building trades, and transportation, distribution, and logistics sectors.

The Fathers Corps is designed to increase involvement of fathers in their children's lives by focusing on factors specific to the needs of men and the challenges they face in fulfilling their role as fathers.
