WHAT IF everything we have been experiencing was a chance for us to Come Home, Sit Down and Subtle Down? Allowing us the time to settle into the "subtle realms" of energy and discover what might be in the shadows of our beings, our relationships, in our bodies, and in our homes.

You will need:

• Journal and pen for notes
• Wear whatever makes you feel warm, fuzzy, safe (PJ's if you want :)...like you are receiving a hug from the Universe!
• Quiet area to "drop in" from while in our zoom session
• Video or Mobile phone camera ON
• Water and/or tea and a snack if needed (we will have breaks)
• A print out of the attachments for "play" during the workshop (will be sent via email prior to the workshop)
• A candle and a lighter (to light during our time together... note: if a candle is unsafe in your environment then it is fine not to have one!)
• Your totally broken open heart!

Note: This virtual experience will be held via Zoom. Please prepare yourself for our time together well before our event by downloading Zoom on your apparatus and acquaint yourselves with how to attend Zoom workshops testing all aspects of the system - your volume, your gallery view etc.
