We have often heard the word ‘Resilience’ and when we do, we respond with thoughts around wanting more of it. This fun, interactive and informative seminar is aimed at parents and educators and will answer questions such as:
- What is resilience?
- What are the benefits of being resilient?
- How can I develop this in myself, my child or my students?
We will consider 7 aspects of enhancing resilience including emotional awareness and self-regulation, impulse control, optimism, flexible and accurate thinking, empathy, self-efficacy, and connecting and reaching out.
