Building Recovery Ecosystems: Collaborative Approaches to Health & Housing

We will discuss existing recovery housing systems and programs in Washington State, identify barriers between providers and housing systems, and explore how implementation steps outlined in the Bree Collaborative Opioid Use Disorder Recommendation can translate into better relationships between healthcare delivery and recovery housing systems, and ultimately healthier communities.

Milena Stott, LICSW, CMHS, CDP, Outreach & Engagement Manager, Fletcher Group, is a healthcare systems expert who has held numerous titles within the industry, including Chief of Strategy, Chief of Transformation and Innovation, and Director of Healthcare Integration. She currently supports a number of initiatives in Washington that support building cross sector partnerships. As an integrated care consultant her work aligns with regional health network goals, all of which serve her well as an Outreach and Engagement Specialist for the new Fletcher Group.
