CONFERENCE SCHEDULE: Attendees say the format is uniquely structured to combine cutting-edge solutions to critical problems with hands-on discussion of how to implement them. The main conference program begins at 7:15 pm on Friday, March 15th and continues through noon on Sunday. We will take Saturday afternoon off to ski, hike, or curl up by the fire. We encourage you to bring your family, attend the pre-conference session on Thursday evening, and use the session breaks to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Yosemite in the winter.
Full conference details are availble on the conference website.
THURSDAY EVENING PRE-CONFERENCE SESSION: Join us the evening before the conference, on March 14, to discuss steps communities can take to prepare for and adapt to climate change and extreme weather events. Hear other leaders’ experiences with cutting-edge local and regional efforts, and discover where to find the resources and information you will need to begin addressing this serious topic. Pre-registration is required with an addtional fee of $30.
