Building Lean Roundtable Series
CNU-NE is excited to launch its Building Lean Roundtable Series starting in September 2016. The series will bring together real estate professionals from throughout New England for professional development and networking with a focus on walkable, mixed use, infill or historic preservation projects. Each session will consist of an expert presenter, small group roundtable discussions, and socializing time over drinks and dinner. Sessions will occur monthly and we will announce our 2017 calendar in the coming weeks.
September 19 - Michael Mullins of Mullins Management Company will kick off the series with a discussion of what "Lean" means for Real Estate. Taylor Bearden and Hunter Foote will be the evening's VIP Guests.
October 18 - Karin Brandt of CoUrbanize will dicuss how innovative community engagement can improve development projects while saving time and money
November 15 - Mark Van Noppen of The Armory Revival Company will share his experience with preserving and creating value in adaptive reuse and historic preservation
Decmeber 13 - Chris Rumul of Walker & Dunlop will share information about a wide range of public funding opportunities for infill and mixed use real estate developments
