Event description

Our world communities are polarized like never before, and Cultural Detective is an effective tool for bridging differences, resolving conflict, and engaging in difficult dialogues. During this 60-minute online learning event, participants will learn some of our client's best practices for building intercultural competence, effectiveness and innovation and making the most of Cultural Detective Online in their organizations. We will cover both strategies and techniques, small projects and organization-wide efforts. You will NOT learn the basic Cultural Detective Method or experience the tool; please register for "Cross-cultural Collaboration" webinar for a demonstration.

Times displayed are Los Angeles, California, USA time. Please consult a world time converter to make sure time and date are convenient for you before you register. Generally speaking this time is most convenient for the Americas, Asia and Oceania. We offer this webinar once a quarter, alternating with times convenient to Africa and Europe.

Click on the green "Register" button top right to sign up.

Click "Add to Calendar" below to load this event directly to your device.

Please plan to plug in your headset and test your sound before logging in. Join us ten minutes prior to the webinar to get acquainted. You may be prompted to download an Adobe Connect AddIn if you haven't previously done so.

Please enter the room as Guest, typing in your name so we can admit you (use the name with which you registered please).

Please shut down other applications in order to increase your bandwidth during the online learning session. This will be an active session, and it uses Flash, so please do not plan to log in from an iPhone while driving. Likewise, audio-only will not be of much value, as we will be reading and watching as well as talking.

For tablet or smartphone users: CD Online works great on those devices, but please note that while Adobe Connect Mobile—to access our online training room—is a fully supported app, it only contains a subset of the functionality of Adobe Connect for the desktop. We welcome attendees on mobile devices, but please note that previous attendees have had minor technical issues (such as inability to see slides) during our session.

Those who are not registered will not be permitted to enter the room. Thank you! We look forward to "seeing" you soon!
