Join us to learn how to release these feelings and open up to something new. In this LIVE online workshop Dr. Monica Egan with Monarch Chiropractic will share information about emotional strength from the inside-out, helping to get to the cause of anxiety as well as depression.

Together with Dr. Egan, Karin Collins a wellness advocate with Young Living will walk us through the Feelings Kit Protocol to help us tap in, release what is unnecessary and become open and aware of all the feelings associated with the stressors of life.
