Event description

Description

Growing start-ups often worry about how scaling will impact their company culture. They worry about losing their small, family feel as they bring on more employees, service more customers, and rely more and more on processes and procedures to be able to keep up. Lee Buttolph started working for his father’s wholesale lumber company in 2005 after two tours in Iraq as a Marine. In 2010, Lee bought Buttolph Lumber, moved it to a new location, and grew it from $5 million to $10 million in sales in just two years and was bought out by a larger wholesaler just four years after assuming ownership of the company.

Join us to learn how Lee motivated his workforce to double its sales in just two years while still keeping the feel of a family business. You will leave with some practical tools and advice you can take back to your organization to better shape, articulate, and hold accountable the culture in your company.

Please register as lunch will be provided.
