The mission of the conference is to address the conflicts within and between religions, while simultaneously promoting freedom of and from religion. The conference also addresses specific major conflicts labeled ‘religious’ and will facilitate and offer conflict resolution methods. We are inviting speakers intentionally from very diverse religious and cultural backgrounds and look forward to fostering a sense of community throughout the seminar, leading to greater acceptance and understanding of the way we engage one another in today’s society.
Join us for:
• Thought-provoking panel discussions;
• Keynote speakers—Rabbi Dorit Edut, Imam Qazwini, Rob DuBois, (author of Powerful Peace);
• Individual presentations;
• Interactive conflict-resolution sessions;
• Plenary sessions of open conversation; and
• Social events--food, conversation, artistic performances.
Day 1: Friday, April 5, 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
