Stop focusing on declining engagement metrics and explore the tools that can help you build better relationships with your customers, clients, and constituents. Good communication helps build stronger relationships, and relationships are key. Relationships with people drive everything from volunteer programs to donations to social media engagement to social impact. But relationships take time and energy, two things your average nonprofit and small business is frequently in short supply off.
In this workshop, you'll be introduced to an alphabet of tools—CRMs, EMSs, CBPs, and automation widgets— that can help you reclaim some time and amplify your communication efforts. This workshop is an introduction to tools that can assist you, and how they can be used. Secondary workshops about the individual tools and how to use them, follow later in the series.
The MadTech Education Series are technology workshops diving into different tools or concepts each month that allow businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to be more productive. MadTech provides technology training for nonprofits and the general public. Classes are free and co-sponsored by the Madison Public Library—funded by a gift from Marvin J. Levy. Please register online or by calling 608-266-6350.
