Jen Faigel has led CommonWealth Kitchen, Greater Boston's only mission-focused food business incubator and food manufacturing social enterprise since 2014, and has led the organization through nearly 500% growth in 3+ years. Previously, Jen spent 20+ years as a real estate and community economic development professional in the non-profit sector, having developed over 700 affordable homes and more than 200,000 SF of commercial real estate. Jen was named one of Boston's 50 on Fire by BostInno in 2016.
