Description

Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 1:30 pm or 5:30 pm

Networking Power Hour Included!***

When your employees are engaged, there is nothing your business can’t accomplish. But building that culture is hard work. It’s not simply giving everyone raises or bringing in doughnuts and coffee twice a year. It’s so much more! And it begins with you -- the leader.

The purpose of this two-hour workshop is to focus on the importance of supporting the right culture within your business and the impact engagement can have on a company. We'll specifically look at how:

Leaders define culture and drive engagement through their own actions and behaviors!

• Good leaders possess emotional intelligence, perceiving emotions, reasoning with emotions, understanding emotions, and managing emotions at a high level.

• Actively engaging employees is the key to any successful organization.

• Engaging customers will foster relationships, while engaging with the community will inevitably result in a “win-win.”

This highly interactive workshop is specifically designed for business owners, key executives, strategic managers, and self-employed professionals looking to improve their company culture and results.

Save $10 when you register before August 18, 2017!

Bonus*** There will be a Networking Power Hour between sessions from 4 pm to 5 pm. Attendees from both sessions are invited. So, if you are coming to the 1:30 pm workshop, plan to stay afterward. If you are coming to the 5:30 pm workshop, plan to arrive early! Light refreshments will be available.
