Presenter: George Saltsman, Consultant, Executive Service Corps Houston (ESCH)

An honors graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, George retired in 2004 as director of the Quality and Continuous Improvement efforts in ExxonMobil's Lubricants business.

Among his assignments during a36 year career was a stint in Exxon's Innovations Resource Group where he was exposed to the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) process as taught by the University of Buffalo-NY.
