Event description

Description

Ever use a hammer to cut a piece of wood in half?

Probably not, as we know using a hammer to cut wood brings about a less than satisfactory result. Every day, organizations do something similar all in the name of “getting the job done.” When we attempt to force fit roles and responsibilities to employees with little regard for the employee’s innate strengths and talents, we dramatically impact productivity and engagement – both elements that are core to an organization’s success.

As leaders and Human Resource professionals, we can change this pattern.

Attend the April 22nd “Building a Strength-Based Organization Strategy” and learn:

  • The business case for creating a strength-based organization
  • Techniques to create a strength-based organization strategy
  • Ways to measure success

This program is preapproved for HR Certification Institute recertification credits.

Who Should Attend

  • Leaders and Human Resource professionals who are interested in creating a more engaging workplace
  • Small business owners who are interested in leveraging their existing success
  • Non-profit leaders who are interested in harnessing the organization's passion and commitment to create an organizational strategy
