Join us the Mentoring Partnership & Resource Center for this intensive training that will assure your youth mentoring program is developed, operated, and sustained at the highest level of quality based on the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring!

The training focuses on Program Planning, Design,and Management as well as the Operational Standards for Recruitment, Screening, Training, Matching and Initiation, Monitoring and Support, and Closure.

Align your program with the Elements of Effective Practice and enhance the likelihood of positive outcomes for youth, strengthen your program, and reduce your managed risk!

This training is intended for both new and seasoned mentoring program staff.

Length: eight hours for the full training curriculum

This training will take place over two half-days:

August 15, 2017 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and August 16, 2017 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Attendance both days is mandatory to earn a certificate of completion. Certificates of completion will not be issued to participants arriving more than 30 minutes late or leaving more than 30 minutes early.

No refunds will be issued.
