Not every marketer needs to be a data analyst, but every marketing team needs at least one. As important, every marketing organization needs marketers proficient in data speak, and in transforming reports into stories and insight that can information marketing decisions. Join marketing analytics expert Aaron Cano for this two-day interactive workshop designed to help you better integrate data expertise, management, and action into your marketing organization.

You'll leave with action items such as:

> An outline of an optimal staff structure, including who to hire or train with what skills and traits

> A checklist of analytics and reporting tools and technologies you need to meet your specific goals

> Frameworks for assessing staff and vendors
