AVOID THE BIGGEST MARKETING MISTAKES

  • Messaging for yourself: The number one mistake organizations make in marketing is talking about themselves rather than solving a problem for their target audience.
  • Marketing to everyone: The second mistake is believing that all target audiences are the same. Marketing to everyone in the same manner creates a low return on your investment. Organizations need focus to be effective. Being effective increases the return on your marketing investment.

DEFINE MESSAGES THAT MATTER

This hands-on workshop teaches proven methodology to create marketing messages that resonate.

COLLABORATIVE LEARNING APPROACH

Collaborative learning experiences are active, social, contextual, engaging, and lead to deeper understanding of the concepts. Not all individuals learn and respond to information the same way. We use the collaborative learning model to work within and across teams. Participant teams, consisting of 2–3 individuals from a single organization, collaboration on solutions. This helps reinforce teamwork. The sharing across teams from various organizations, all of whom are facing the same challenge, provides strong peer-to-peer learning. Participants learn how to critique in a constructive manner, share ideas for engagement, network, and brainstorm.
