Build a PC Camp - for grades 9-12

Description
A special 2-day mini-camp for high schoolers! Learn how to build a computer from scratch, including: choosing parts, installing parts into the case, adding a graphics card, troubleshooting, loading software, testing and benchmarking. Get hands-on experience as you build, modify, and tear down computers, including a start-to-finish gaming PC build. Planning to build a PC soon? Get tips on finding the best parts for your budget.
For grades 9 - 12
School Schedules: Matches all traditional calendars (summer break).
Location: At Kramden Institute in Durham near RTP
Camp Hours: 9 am - 4 pm. Earliest dropoff: 8:30 am. Latest pickup: 4:30 pm
Students must bring a bag lunch. Water, snacks, and class materials will be provided.
