I am the author of Cleanse Your Body, Reveal Your Soul, and I bring my experience with the ayurvedic cleanse called panchakarma, as well as 30+ years of practice as an integrative psychiatrist to helping you build a morning routine that will help you sustain wellness and a calm mind.

Organizer of Build a Better Morning

Judith Pentz MD is a holistic/integrative psychiatrist.  She is board certified in child and adult psychiatry and recently, she became board certified in integrative medicine.  A life long student of the healing arts, Judith came to  Iyengar yoga about 15 years ago while living in New Zealand.  She has 110 hrs towards yoga teacher training. The quest to support mental health along with whole body health has led her to explore the profound teachings of Ayurveda and Tantric Yoga. Come travel to learn ways to bring self care while you travel and connect with the Divine  Feminine.
