Budgets & Financial Reports for Community Associations
Event Information
About this Event
Unless you are an accountant, the financial part of your board duty can be a bit of a mystery and a challenge. Yet, the most critical function you can perform as a board member is to develop a realistic budget and then use financial reports to make sure you are staying on track. Presented by a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and an auditor, this seminar will help you learn how to do both.
BMDP 301-Budgeting & Financial Reports is one of the Majerle Management, Inc. (MMI) series of classes, our Board Member Development Program, offered both as a community service both to boards of communities we manage and those we do not yet manage. There is no fee or obligation. All we ask is for your advance registration.
