Event description

Description

Ever wondered what's going on inside a child's brain, and how you can help foster an emotionally healthy and happy state? We will spend a morning exploring current research in neuroscience and how mindfulness can play a big part in healthy brain development. Participants will have a chance to hear from some local experts in the field, and choose among workshops that suit your need for hands-on practice in bringing this information to the children you care about.
