Bucks Gaming Gala 2020 promises guests an evening of Monte Carlo-style fun with a fund raising twist!

About this Event

Bucks Gaming Gala 2020 offers guests an evening of Monte Carlo-themed fun, featuring:

- Casino games with professional dealers

- Fabulous silent auction and raffle items

- Hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and desserts

- First-hour open bar (wine and beer only)

- DJ and dancing

Each registration entitles the individual to $50 in gaming chips for play. These have no monetary value but can be exchanged for chances to win one of many great prizes at the end of the evening. Subsequent donations can be made for additional gaming chips (see FAQ below for more details).

DAY OF THE DRAGON FLASH SALE: Reserve your ticket on Jan. 16, 2020 and receive an additional $50 in gaming chips (for a total of $100).

Donations support Bucks County Dragon Boat Association (BCDBA) athletes competing in the 12th Club Crew World Championship. BCDBA is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Q. What is the recommended attire?

Q. Who can attend?

A. This event is open to anyone age 21 and over. Children and minors may not attend.

Q. Is there an incentive to get my tickets early?

A. Yes. Anyone who reserves their ticket by Dec. 31 will receive an additional $50 in gaming chips (for a total of $100).

Q. Is there parking at The Bucks Club?

A. Yes, there is plenty of free on-site parking at The Bucks Club.

Q. Will I need cash, or can you accept credit cards for additional donations?

A. While cash or check is preferred, we do have the ability to accept donations via credit card.

Q. If I can’t make the event, can I give my ticket to someone else?

A. Yes, you may arrange for someone else to use your ticket in the event that you aren’t able. This is the responsibility of the ticket holder, however. We cannot transfer, re-sell or refund tickets.

Q. Do I need to eat dinner beforehand?

A. We will provide butlered hors d’oeuvres, cheese and crudité, and a pasta station. An array of desserts will also be offered.

Q. Is it a cash bar?

A. We will provide a one-hour open bar (wine and beer only) from 7 – 8 p.m. Guests must pay for mixed drinks.

Q. Will tickets be sold at the door?

A. No, ticket sales will close at midnight on January 31, 2020. No additional tickets will be issued after this date.

Q. What do I need to have with me at the door?

A. Your ticket (printed or on your mobile device) and proof of age (i.e. driver’s license or state-issued ID).

Q. What games will be available?

A. Games are provided and run by Tumbling Dice Entertainment’s professional dealers. We will offer blackjack, roulette and craps. Poker (Texas Hold’em) is also available for a limited number of participants. Seats at the poker table will be offered for an additional donation of $25 on a first-come first-serve basis. Sign-ups will be available at registration.

Q. What will I win?

A. At the end of the evening, participants turn their gaming chips in for chances to win one of the many raffle prizes we’ll have available. Gaming chips have no monetary value.

Q. How many chances will I receive for my gaming chips?

A. Chances for the raffle will provided at a $10:1 ticket rate of exchange.

Q. Can I make a donation to get additional gaming chips throughout the evening?

A. Yes, additional gaming chips can be obtained in the following ratios:

o Donate $1 to $49 and receive 2:1 in chips (for example, a $40 donation gets you $80 in chips)

o Donate $50 to $99 and receive 3:1 in chips (for example, a $75 donation gets you $225 in chips)

o Donate $100 or more and receive 5:1 in chips (for example, a $100 donation gets you $500 in chips)

Q. Are there any special donation incentives?

A Yes, during the first hour of the event only, guests who donate $100 will receive 10:1 in chips plus one raffle ticket board. This option provides the best deal since for $100 donation, the individual receives $1,000 in chips, plus a ticket board that includes 25 raffles.

Q. What if I don’t want to play any of the casino games?

A. For those who are not interested in casino games, we will offer ticket boards (each ticket board contains 25 raffles) at the following Non-Gamer Special:

Donate $35..........receive 1 ticket board

Donate $100........receive 3 ticket boards

Q. What if I’ve never gone to a casino or played any of these games?

A. No worries! Tumbling Dice Entertainment’s dealers will teach participants how to play a game if they are a bit rusty or have never played a game before. The purpose of the evening is to have fun, and the dealers are pro’s at making sure you’ll have a great time.

Q. Do I need to be present at the raffle to win?

A. Yes, you must be present to claim a raffle prize. You may also have someone else claim your prize for you. They will just need to present the winning ticket.

Q. Who is the beneficiary of this fundraiser?

A. Funds raised through this event support Bucks County Dragon Boat Association (BCDBA) Team Fusion athletes competing in the 12th Annual World Club Crew event in 2020.
