Buckinghamshire PA Network - Networking Event - April 2017 - The Bull Hotel

You are cordially invited to the 1st Anniversary Buckinghamshire PA Network event in April!
The networking event will be held at the beautiful Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross on Thurs, 27th April 2017 at 5.30pm. The Bull is a 4 star hotel offering extensive conference facilities, 150 rooms and suites, an AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, two bars and complimentary car parking. The beautiful landscaped gardens offer the perfect backdrop for all meetings and events. At The Bull nothing is too much trouble and the experienced meetings and events team will work with you to create your perfect event.
Buckinghamshire PA Network is a not for profit networking group for Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Administrators and Office Managers who work or live in or around Buckinghamshire. The network provides a platform to share ideas and best practice, build business relationships, meet peers and most importantly have fun! The network aims to organise four networking events each year hosted at various Buckinghamshire venues. Each event will include a learning and developmental opportunity, inspirational speaker(s) and a safe, friendly and welcoming environment to network.
The format for the evening will be:
5.30pm to 6.30pm - Registration, Arrival Drink & Canapés, The Bull Hotel Show Round Oppurtunity & The Headshot Guy
6.30pm to 6.40pm - Welcome & Introduction - Sarah Howson, Founder Bucks PA Network & Maya Powell, Sales Executive from the Bull Hotel (Sarova Hotels Ltd)
7.00pm to 7.15pm - An Insight Into All Things VA (Virtual Assistant) - Charlotte Wibberley - VIP VA Ltd
7.15pm to 7.45pm - Keynote Speaker - Lindsay Taylor - Your Excellency Ltd
7.45pm to 8.15pm - Informal Networking, The Bull Hotel Show Round Oppurtunity & The Headshot Guy

Charlotte set up her award-winning VA business after leaving a long blue chip corporate career following the birth of her son in 2012 going on to launch her online business management and strategy consultancy in early 2015. Charlotte launched VIP VA in January 2016 keen to support, nurture and champion the VA industry, and to create a safe space for high performing VA businesses to collaborate, knowledge share and continue their professional development. She supports aspiring and existing VAs as their coach, mentor and chief-cheerleader for their goals and ambitions.

FAQS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? The Bull Hotel has plenty of free parking directly outside the hotel and is easily accessible from Gerrards Cross Train Station (good 10 minute walk) or 5 minues from the M40 Beaconsfield junction. Head to the main reception and ask for the Bucks PA Networking event. The event will be taking place in the Thames Suite.
What are the detailed timings for the event? Please arrive for 6pm. Time allocated for ‘informal networking’ will be very relaxed. We have the amazing team from Hays welcoming guests and making introductions. The Bull Hotel show rounds will be organised at the beginning and end of the evening. Goody bags will be handed out after 7.45pm. You are welcome to stay until 8.30pm for further informal networking or a drink if you wish.
Will I be able to get a soft drink or a glass of wine? The Bull Hotel are very generously providing a welcome drink and canapes at the beginning of the event. The Bull Hotel will also have a cash bar open all evening during the event.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket to the event? No, a printed ticket is not required. We will export the registered attendee list from EventBrite and name badges will be handed out on arrival.
Why is there a ticket charge? Please note that any donations made will be going towards recovering the network's running costs (Eventbrite charge, website, domain name, speaker travel costs, banner & printing costs etc.). A donation is required if you would like to take part in the Business Card Draw. Please let it be known that this is a NOT FOR PROFIT event, all proceeds will be used to grow the network.
Will we be using social media? Yes! We encourage live use of social media and like the last event will hold a competition! We need to spread the word about the network! Please use the hashtag #BucksPAs.
Will there be photography? Yes! There will be photography at the event. By attending you are giving your consent for your image to be used on social media and our website.
