What caviars will be there?

We'll be tasting a range of caviars from Tsar Nicoulai, our retail prices shown here: (1) Gold Pearl Salmon Roe, $12. (2) Classic Caviar, $68. (3) Osetra Caviar, $90

Why is this not on a weekend?

Two reasons! We find that these seated tastings, where you're in conversation with the winemaker with just a handful of people around the table, work better on Sundays and Mid-week! And we won't be serving so much wine that attendees can't get up when their alarm rings, without the usual complaint!
