100.7 Star's Brunch N Burn is BACK!
This year we're giving back to our community in more ways than one! Fitness classes, delicious food, and fun activities for kids have always been part of our programming, but this year we're taking it a step further! 100% of all ticket sales and donations made to attend the event will be given to the local non-profit organization Young Adult Survivors United (YASU).
TICKETS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND EACH CLASS. Additional donations are appreciated!
All attendees must sign a waiver prior to participating.
REGISTRATION OPENS 7:30AM | FITNESS CLASSES BEGIN 8AM
Event Details:
Oxford Athletic Club will host adult and complimentary youth fitness classes including Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Fusion, Zumba, and much more! Class registration opens at 7:30am this year, so come early to get a spot with your favorite instructor! We'll have great music, entertainment, food and more available all day.
Rain or Shine - Weather permitting, this event will be held outside on our turfed Functional Training Center. Should weather not permit, we will relocate to our indoor basketball courts.
Children ages 13 and old may accompany their parent or guardian to an adult fitness class. Children 12 and under are encouraged to attend one of our youth programs planned for the day.
Adult Tickets By Donation:
$25 Donation Per Person – Outdoor Turf Unlimited Classes
All classes on the outdoor turf are included in this price with your single donation of $25.
$10 Donation Per Person Per Class – Premium Classes
Includes: TRIP Immersive Cycling, Aqua HIIT, Yoga (2)
Youth Tickets:
FREE – Tickets for Zumba Kids and Youth Circuit Training are free, but are required to attend due to limited capacities.
No ticket required for open relay race and play area.
ADULT CLASS SCHEDULE:
8AM - Bootcamp (60 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Turf
Capacity: 50
Class Description: A total body aerobic and anaerobic workout designed for intermediate to highly conditioned individuals. Participants will train using various training equipment.
8AM - Mixed Level Yoga (45 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Terrace
Capacity: 30
Class Description: A focus on the union of breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength, and flexibility. Explore basic poses along with some challenges, back bending, hip openers, and twists. Perfect for all levels. Please bring a mat. Registration recommended.
9AM - Mixed Level Yoga (45 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Terrace
Capacity: 30

9AM - Aqua HIIT (60 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Pool
Capacity: 30
Class Description: High intensity interval training (Hiit) alternates short periods of intense exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Some of the proven benefits are increased metabolism, fat burning, weight loss and improved cardiorespiratory fitness. Add the resistance of the water and you also benefit from improved muscle tone.
9:30AM – Hip Hop Dance with Melanie Taylor of 100.7 Star (45 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Turf
Capacity: 100
Class Description: Cardio dance. No dance experience needed! Come sweat & have fun with easy to follow cardio based fun hip hop dance moves!
10:30AM - Dan's Ultimate Fitness Challenge (60 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Turf
Capacity: 50
Challenge Description: There will be a men's division and a women's division with one winner in each division. Each winner will receive a 60-Minute Swedish Massage & 1-Month Complimentary Membership to Oxford Athletic Club!
To be entered you must complete all three events:
60 seconds max push-up repetition
60 seconds max repetition squat with barbell
60 second max repetition leg lift
Scores will be kept on a whiteboard to keep track of the winner and standings. One competitor for each division will go at a time.
It is a cumulative score total that determines the winner no single event winner will recognized.
*Members and Non-Members are eligible to win! Members will receive a credit of one month’s dues free on their account. Non-Members will receive one-month at no charge. Rules and restrictions may apply. See staff for details.
10:30AM – TRIP by Les Mills: Immersive Indoor Cycling Experience (45 Minutes)
Location: RIDE Studio
Capacity: 24
Class Description: This cycling class is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally created worlds. With its cinema scale screen and sound system, The Trip takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
12:00PM - Zumba (45 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Turf
Capacity: 100
Class Description: An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, such as merengue, salsa, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso, performed mostly to Latin American’s dance music. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
1:00PM - Stretch & Recovery Class (60 Minutes)
Location: Outdoor Turf
Capacity: 75
Class Description: This will consist of stretching and recovery techniques for 30 minutes. No equipment will be used. This can be a family activity and all ages are invited to participate. We will encourage max participation, and this can actually be done twice back-to-back since it is just a 30-minute session. Registration not needed.

10:30AM - Zumba Kids Class (45 Minutes)
Location: Pulse Studio (Indoors)
Capacity: 50
Class Description: Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities, and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. This class is for Children ages 7-12. Registration recommended.
12:00PM - Youth Circuit Training Class (60 Minutes)
Location: Pulse Studio (Indoors)
Capacity: 25
Class Description: This will be a 1 Hour sports performance class. Age range 11-16 years old. The intern from Sports Performance will be teaching this class. Circuit style training working agility and body weight orientated movements, good for athletes of all sports. Registration recommended.
10:00AM - 2:00PM - Relay Races & Obstacle Courses
Location: Outdoor Playground Area (located between the Turf and Outdoor Pool)
Class Description: Kids will have a great time with our Summer Camp Team! Structured play for individual and team activities will be held on our outdoor play area for children ages 5 - 12. Broken up into groups, kids will break a sweat, meet new friends, play games, and celebrate summer together!
