Join us at Hardwick Winery and take a sommelier-guided tour with wine and brunch items — an evening pairing experience led by Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS). This wonderfully entertaining and educational experience is packed with fun demonstrations that will leave you wanting more.

During the 90-minute delectable demonstration, Missa presents five Hardwick wines — paired with five incredible brunch menu items — and explains some of the fundamentals of wine and food pairing.

Reservoir White Dry Riesling: lemon poppyseed mini muffins

Yankee Boy White: ham and pineapple skewers

Reservoir Rosé: mini quiche

Strawberry Fields: mini bagel w/strawberry cream cheese

Missa Capozzo is a wine educator who holds the CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) with Society of Wine Educators, WSET Level 3 Advanced certificate with the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, French Wine Scholar (FWS) with the Wine Scholar Guild, and is currently a candidate for the Italian Wine Scholar (IWS) with the Wine Scholar Guild. She works as a consultant and educator.

Missa has enjoyed many roles in the wine industry, each of which she has had a true passion for. She conducts in home and virtual wine tasting events, as well as public and private "Paint & Sip" glass painting classes.

Past roles include EVP of Product Development and tasting room manager at Sail to Trail WineWorks in Worcester, MA, Director of Wine Education at VINOvations in Sharon, MA, Wine Educator at Boston Wine School, Wine Manager at Highland Wine & Spirits in Berlin, MA, Director of Sommology at Phoenix Vintners, LLC., Wine Educator and Consultant with The Tasting Company and with Flow Wine Group, and sales support at Hardwick Vineyard & Winery in Hardwick, MA.
