Are you interested in learning more about building a website?

Thinking about starting a new career?

Just interested in growing your technical skillset?

Join us on Saturday, August 19th at Galvanize Phoenix for a FREE class on HTML and CSS!

We'll provide brunch, mimosas, and good time for you and your friends -- just come ready to learn :)

You will learn:

- the basics of how to write HTML and CSS

- what different HTML tags are used for

- basic CSS properties

- how to put all of the above together to build a web page


10:30 - 11:15 - Doors open & brunch/mimosas

11:15- 1:30 - Workshop and Q&A

How to Prepare (before class):

- Bring your fully charged laptop and a charger.

About the instructor:

Taylor Smith is a Software Developer for Allstate Insurance's CompoZed Labs. Originally from North Carolina, she attended Galvanize's Full Stack program in Denver in 2015 before getting a job moving to Phoenix. She is CycleBar enthusiast, a Vizsla dog mom and the Brigade Captain of the civic tech Meetup group, Code for Phoenix.
