Event Details

Internationally acclaimed British artist Bruce Munro presents an eleven piece sculpture exhibition at the Hermitage Museum & Gardens. Munro is known for his immersive large scale light-based installations inspired largely by his interest in the shared human experience. Two new installations inspired by Munro's trip to the Hermitage, Lighthouse and Wave, will be on display as well as his popular pieces Field of Light, Water Towers, and Fireflies. 

THIS EVENT DOES NOT SELL OUT. If you are unable to purchase tickets online you can purchase them at the gate. Tickets can be purchased online up until 4:00pm on the day of the event. After 4:00pm YOU MUST PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE.

What can I expect?

Upon entering the grounds visitors will be given a brochue and map highlighting the installations and sculptures. There is no set order in which the artworks should be viewed, we simply encourage visitors to take their time walking throughout the gardens and grounds to view the artwork. 

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Free parking is available at 3 off-site locations. Shuttle service will run from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. (4:30 to 9:00 on Saturdays)

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Is my registration/ticket transferable? What is the refund policy?

LIGHT is a rain or shine, indoor and outdoor experience.

Tickets are non-refundable and are only valid for the chosen ticket date 

 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may print and bring your ticket or you may use the mobile app or email confirmation to show your ticket at the entrance.

Featuring a nationally recognized art collection spanning 5,000 years, the Hermitage is home to the arts. Contemporary exhibition galleries, a Visual Arts Studio, working artist studios, and 12 acres of gardens and grounds offer art and culture to the community, as envisioned by the Sloanes.
