How Resilient is your Nonprofit? - Assessing Your Organization

This educational adventure is pertinent to anyone who wants to measure and improve the impact of their nonprofit. Self-assessments are often the first step in a nonprofit’s journey towards effective outcomes.

The goal of assessments is to help nonprofits evaluate whether or not it is making progress towards various goals and advancing its mission. This course is also supplemented with useful checklists and a variety of online resources.

Course Goals:

  • Attaining knowledge of general nonprofit assessment best practices
  • Understanding nonprofit critical capacities: leadership development, organizational development, program development & community engagement
  • Understanding cross cutting resiliency capacities: adaptation, innovation, collaboration & advocacy

Facilitator: Joseph Hill is a nonprofit leader, community organizer, leadership coach and consultant with 20 years of nonprofit experience.
