About this Event

Does it mean searching your soul to its very depths in order to find meaning and contentment with the present moment? The answer is yes… and no. One thing is certain, wellbeing is different than simple pleasure. It is important to understand the psychology of wellbeing, as it can have an important influence on your overall health, satisfaction with life, personal growth, and interpersonal relationships.

Hubber and Expert in Residence Dr. Eve Blouin is a positive psychologist and expert on creativity and imagination. She is a university instructor at Carleton University in the department of Psychology, where she teaches courses on creativity, play, and innovation. She is the founder of Bevy Creative and also co-owns Music Art People, a music and art collective building immersive experiences with partners like SAW gallery, the Ontario Arts Council, the Ottawa Art Gallery, and the National Arts Centre.

Our weekly community led workshop for members by members where we feature a variety of topics that are engaging, timely, and relevant to your personal and professional development, and success. Every Thursday you can expect to connect with other members for a friendly and informative lunch hour.

We understand that this can be a very isolating time for everyone and although we will be disconnected physically we don't want this to be a barrier. In order to continue to support our community we are moving our weekly programming online!
