SIPA 's style is Island Grass—founded upon the sounds of the Appalachian mountains, flavored by the spices of the Philippines. Fronted by lead singer/ guitar virtuoso Jeff 'Horti' Hortillosa (of Whiskey Shivers) SIPA sounds just like a country band...but which country?
