The 2017 Broom-Ferguson Family Reunion will be held in New Orleans, LA from July 26, 2017 - July 29, 2017.
There will be an initial non-refundable registration fee of $10.00 per family member that will be due by October 31, 2016. This will help us get a head count to see how many people will attend and will also help cover costs for the hospitality night and banquet.
The $10 fee is the base fee per person. The total fee is TBD by the cost of the hospitality night and banquet. Once the total cost is determined, the $10 will be put towards that cost and the remaining balance will be due. (Ex. If the total fee is $50 per adult and $25 per child, the remaining balance will be $40 for the adult and $15 for the child.)
Children 2 years old and under are free, but please add a free ticket to your order for that child so that we can keep track of who will be attending.
Hotel room rates are as follows:
July 26th & 27th: $109/night; July 29th: $149.00
A block of hotel rooms will be held at the Hotel Provincial. Individuals must call the Hotel Provincial at (504)581-4995 or (800)535-7922 in order to make reservations. Reservations may also be made online at www.hotelprovincial.com/groups/broom. Each reservation must be guaranteed via credit card. The cut-off date for making reservations is June 26, 2017.

*The reunion fee does not include the cost of the hotel. Each individual is responsible for his/her own room. The valet parking fee is $27/day with in and out privileges.
