At New Balance Our Goal Is To Help You Achieve Yours.

"At New Balance, Our job is to aid athletes in their pursuit of excellence, whether that means helping professional athletes and win medals, or propelling everyday athletes to achieve a new PR, run their first 5k or just to live a more healthy and active lifestyle."

We are extremely happy to offer a training block Starting March 6 and Ending May 15 leading to the Bk Half Marathon. This Training will Include a Speed Develpment day and Aerobic Development (Tempos/Farleks)

New Balance Flatiron (Thursdays) @6PM:

Athletes Arrive and Check in: 6:00PM

Warm up Jog to the Park: 6:15PM

Workout Starts: 6:45PM

Cool Down to Store: 7:30PM
