Brooklyn Historical Society and Brooklyn Public Library Archivists get together to reveal behind-the-scenes tales of our Coney Island collections! From wax replicas of Nat King Cole’s head to vintage photographs of the nighttime Mardi Gras parade, there is much to tell behind the what, who, when, and how BHS and BPL have acquired these seemingly obscure items. This two-part series kicks off at BHS on May 13th, and then join us at BPL on Wed, May 20th!
