In this course we will review the coverage issues involving non-owned dwellings. In regards to liability exposures; there are risks that homeowner’s contracts don’t address. Dwelling contracts are designed to cover these exposures. Loss exposures under Section 1 differ from an owner occupied structures as well, and will affect the premium charged. All of this will be reviewed in this course.
